Inszone, which was launched in 2002, is a full-service insurance agency that handles customers’ personal and business insurance needs from initial contact, through the quoting process and all the way to the signing and delivery of a policy.
According to reports, The deal bolsters Inszone’s service offerings in Arizona and expands its footprint in the state.
Private equity-backed retail broker hit the headlines in January 2022, when it acquired independent insurance agency Ciardella Insurance Services as part of a plan to continue ‘aggressively’ expanding in California and throughout the US.
Expanding services through M&A
The Contractors Insurance Group operates in 31 states and the District of Columbia. It was founded in 2019 by Christine Hill and Virginia Barrett, who collectively possess more than three decades of property-casualty insurance experience.
Speaking about the acquisition, Barrett said: “Everyone has different insurance needs, and they change and evolve over time. We cultivate relationships and get to know our clients. Building our clients’ trust has been critical to our success.”
