The acquisition strengthens Optio’s presence in the European market and builds on its previous strategic moves, including acquisitions of Netherlands and Brussels-based Den Hartigh, Norway-based S Insurance, UK-based Custodian Management Ltd, and a strategic investment in Italian MGA Heca S.r.l.
