Navacord has finalized its merger with Acera Insurance, effective February 2, 2026, following regulatory, court, and shareholder approvals. The combined organization now stands as one of Canada’s largest privately held insurance, employee benefits, and wealth advisory firms.
The merger brings together approximately $7.2 billion in insurance and benefits premiums and $7.5 billion in retirement assets under management, supported by over 5,000 professionals across more than 150 locations nationwide.
As part of the integration, Lee Rogers and Andrew Kemp have been appointed Vice Chairs of Navacord and will join the executive team while continuing to lead Acera’s business. The companies plan a formal amalgamation on November 1, 2026.

After November 1, 2026, Acera Insurance will formally operate under the Navacord brand, joining other broker partners transitioning to the unified identity.
