The offering, developed in collaboration with global insurance provider Chubb, aims to address a significant gap in coverage among renters.
According to Monzo’s research, 50% of UK renters either lack contents insurance or are unfamiliar with it, highlighting a widespread need for greater financial protection. With 11 million customers, Monzo is the seventh-largest bank in the UK and continues to diversify its product range to enhance customer security and convenience.
The new renters insurance will be rolled out in the coming weeks, providing Monzo users with an accessible and straightforward way to protect their belongings.
