The rebrand integrates the Group’s broking, managing general agent (MGA), and risk-taking entities under a single identity to deliver a consistent and streamlined experience for clients worldwide. The new group website, groupmnk.com, now connects all of MNK’s entities operating across key regions including the UK, Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and the Far East.
The rebrand brings together several specialist businesses under the MNK umbrella. These include MNK International—formerly known as MNK Re—a Lloyd’s broker that provides reinsurance solutions to clients in more than 130 countries. It also includes Specialty MGA, a network of managing general agents located in London, Milan, Casablanca, and Texas, which offers coverage for specialty and hard-to-place risks. The group’s insurance and reinsurance capabilities are further bolstered by MNK Seguros, an insurer based in San Jose, Costa Rica; Mekong Re, a facultative and treaty reinsurance company in Labuan, Malaysia; and Florida Re, a property and casualty re/insurer based in Florida.
According to MNK Group, the unified brand reflects a strategic push to consolidate its global footprint while rolling out innovative new products to support clients in dynamic and fast-growing markets. The Group also revealed plans to pursue continued expansion through both organic growth and strategic mergers and acquisitions. Several M&A deals involving broking and insurance carriers are currently in the pipeline and are expected to be announced in the near future.

The new brand was officially launched during MNK Group’s annual industry event held at The Sky Garden in London on Thursday, 3 April.
