Bringing over a decade of experience, Speight is a seasoned expert in emerging technologies, particularly within the fintech and digital asset sectors. Before joining Lockton, he served as Client Director for Fintech and Digital Assets at Aon, where he managed a diverse portfolio of clients in the space. Prior to Aon, Speight was a Director at Willis Towers Watson’s FINEX division, where he led initiatives in digital assets.
