Liberty Specialty Markets appoints Parul Kaul-Green as chief digital strategy officer
Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM) has appointed Parul Kaul-Green to the newly created role of chief digital strategy officer, a role that she takes up with immediate effect.

She will be responsible for driving the digital strategy for underwriting and developing a long-term roadmap to ensure that LSM is at the forefront of the digital evolution across its global markets. This includes the transition of existing business to digital channels. She leads a team of digital experts across the globe reporting to Phil Hobbs, president and managing director at LSM.

In addition, Carol Baker has been appointed to the new role of head of digital strategy, London and global products, reporting to Kaul-Green. Baker will be responsible for developing LSM’s digital strategy in the region.

Phil Hobbs said: “I’m delighted to welcome Parul to Liberty. She brings a broad track-record in strategic and digital transformation. This is the skillset we need to deliver on our strategic objectives. Carol has championed digital innovation within our business development team, and we look forward to her continuing to bring this value to our brokers and clients in her new role.”

Kaul-Green joins from AXA XL where she was chief of staff, Asia Pacific and Europe, responsible for developing the corporate strategy, ESG governance, and strategic communication. She joined AXA in 2015.  She has over 20 years of experience in strategy and technology innovation in financial services.
