Jensten Group has announced three new acquisitions, adding Broker One, Coversure Dudley, and Mediprotect Healthcare to its growing portfolio. The deals mark another step in the group’s strategy to expand its regional footprint and strengthen its capabilities across multiple insurance segments.
The acquisitions follow Jensten Group’s recent announcement involving Northern Counties, which further broadened its regional reach. Completion of the Northern Counties transaction remains subject to approval from the Financial Conduct Authority.

Broker One Limited is a commercial insurance broker based in Larbert, Scotland, and the acquisition represents Jensten Group’s entry into the Scottish market. The deal brings a team of eight professionals into the group, alongside a well-established Glasgow office and a strong, diversified client base.
Led by experienced industry specialists, Broker One has built a strong track record serving small and medium-sized enterprises, sole traders, and private clients. The team contributes more than 200 years of combined experience in the insurance sector, enhancing Jensten Group’s expertise and market presence.
Alongside Broker One, the acquisitions of Coversure Dudley and Mediprotect Healthcare further broaden Jensten Group’s offering. Together, the three businesses add depth across commercial, specialist, and healthcare-related insurance lines, supporting the group’s ambition to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions across the UK.
Jensten Group said the acquisitions align with its long-term growth strategy, focused on partnering with well-established businesses that bring local expertise, strong client relationships, and experienced teams. The group continues to pursue opportunities that enhance service capabilities while expanding its geographic reach.
With these latest transactions, Jensten Group begins 2026 with continued momentum, reinforcing its position as a growing force in the UK insurance market and laying the groundwork for further expansion, subject to regulatory approvals.
