iPipeline Appoints Holly McGiboney as Chief Human Resources Officer to Lead Talent Strategy and Employee Experience
iPipeline, a leading provider of digital solutions for the life insurance and wealth management industries, has appointed Holly McGiboney as Chief Human Resources Officer.

McGiboney will be responsible for driving the company’s global talent strategy, strengthening recruitment efforts, and enhancing the employee experience for its workforce of more than 950 employees.

Reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Pat O’Donnell, McGiboney will join the company’s Executive Leadership Team and partner with business leaders across the organization to align human resources initiatives with iPipeline’s growth objectives.

“Holly brings a sharp understanding of what it takes to attract, develop, and retain high-performing and diverse talent in today’s fast-moving tech landscape,” said O’Donnell. “Having a people-first strategy isn’t just important, it’s mission-critical. Holly combines vision with an instinctive understanding of what people need to thrive, which will be central to iPipeline’s continued growth.”

McGiboney joins iPipeline from Ministry Brands, a provider of software and services for purpose-driven organizations, where she served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources. In that role, she led transformation initiatives, supported rapid scaling, and helped redesign the organization for long-term growth.

Over her 28-year career, McGiboney has held senior leadership positions at companies including Vesta, DEKRA, FLEETCOR Technologies (now Corpay), and Newport Group (now part of Ascensus). She holds a master’s degree in human resources from Rollins College and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Gettysburg College.

Commenting on her new role, McGiboney said: “I’m honored and energized to step into this global HR leadership role at iPipeline, a company recognized as a leader in fintech innovation. As the company continues its bold ambition to reinvent the industry through technology, investing in a people-first strategy is paramount. I look forward to helping attract and develop the talent that will fuel our transformation and future growth.”

McGiboney succeeds Diane Rowell, who is departing after helping guide the company’s people strategy.

Her appointment comes amid a series of senior leadership hires at iPipeline, part of its broader growth strategy. Recent appointments include Dimitri Mundarain (Vice President, IT), Jerome Cornet (Vice President, Revenue Operations), Seth Roy (Vice President, Product Management), Lisa Shea (Vice President, Marketing), and Stephen King (Vice President, Research & Development). At the associate vice president level, the company has added Chris Cella (Product Operations), Kelly Grant (Technology Operations), Ed Davis (Professional Services), Ernesto Diaz (Research & Development), and Sheldon Goulding (Research & Development). Additionally, Jason Kowalski has joined as Global Controller in Finance.
