Howden, the London-based insurance broker, has announced the acquisition of Tower SpA, a specialist insurance broker and risk advisory firm based in Vicenza, Italy.

This follows the acquisition of the highly regarded Andrea Scagliarini SpA in July 2021 and reinforces Howden’s commitment to providing an alternative choice to customers.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded 34 years ago, Tower has unrivaled experience in the jewelery sector, a typical activity in the district of Vicenza in the northeastern region of Italy, as well as in financial institutions.
