Founded in 2016, ProNavigator provides insurance organisations with tools to centralise, manage, and deliver critical information to sales, service, underwriting, and agent teams. The company has raised approximately 13.5 million dollars in funding and serves 34 insurance companies across the United States and Canada.
Following the completion of the transaction, Guidewire plans to integrate ProNavigator’s insurance-trained intelligence into its ecosystem, offering advanced search and contextual knowledge retrieval features. This integration will benefit underwriters, claims adjusters, brokers, agents, and customer service representatives by improving efficiency, communication, and decision-making.
The acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter of Guidewire’s fiscal year 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
