Ross Beerman has a BSc (Mech Eng) and an MBA from the University of Cape Town.

He has worked around the world in the financial services sector. He worked in Corporate Finance, M&A, for Legg Mason in the USA and returned to South Africa to join a financial services focused private equity firm, Theta Group.

In 2004 Ross co-founded AllLife (www.alllife.co.za) with the intent to provide life insurance to people living with HIV, based on the premise that properly designed systems and processes, combined with great people, could cost effectively intervene to help clients manage their health and change their mortality. 

Over the last decade, AllLife has impacted hundreds of thousands of people in South Africa, be they clients or beneficiaries, by successfully delivering impactful, easily accessible life insurance products to underserved markets. Most recently, AllLife has begun leveraging its IP, systems and processes to deliver easily accessible life insurance to diabetics in South Africa.
