Frank Starling is an entrepreneur and certified specialist on one of the most challenging and radically empowering matters of our time: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Starling is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Variety Pack, helping organisations to learn from opinions that were previously ignored, anticipate change, and create more inclusive environments full of trust and cultures full of confidence.

He also acts as a London Enterprise Advisor to the Mayor of London and trustee to The PressPad Charitable Foundation.

Frank is an Associate Alumni of Blavatnik School of Government, Oxford University.
