dacadoo, a pioneer in digital health engagement and health scoring, will integrate its platform with Abi Global Health’s on-demand clinical services to offer a unified health journey for users worldwide. The two companies operate in over 40 and 30 countries respectively and provide services in more than 27 languages.
At the center of the collaboration is dacadoo’s Digital Health Engagement Platform (DHEP), which encourages healthier lifestyles through real-time feedback, gamification, and behavioral science. The platform’s Health Score measures overall well-being across seven key areas, including sleep, nutrition, physical activity, and emotional balance. A new AI-driven coaching feature, launching later in 2025, will further personalize the user experience and drive long-term engagement.
Abi Global Health enhances the offering by providing instant access to healthcare professionals through voice, video, and text consultations. The platform also includes online prescriptions, mental health services, and AI-based tools for navigating health and insurance systems. dacadoo’s Smart-Triage system leverages its Health Score and user-provided health data – such as smoking habits or chronic conditions – to detect when users may need additional support and seamlessly connect them with Abi’s clinical team.
While dacadoo helps users adopt and maintain healthy habits, Abi adds a clinical layer to the experience, offering timely, relevant care when users need it most.
“Our shared vision is to make health engagement and healthcare access truly continuous and user-centric,” said Peter Ohnemus, CEO of dacadoo. “With Abi, we extend our engagement model to include high-quality clinical support, helping people stay healthy and get care when they need it most.”
Kim-Fredrik Schneider, CEO of Abi Global Health, added, “This partnership with dacadoo creates a powerful proposition for insurers, employers, and digital health providers looking to deliver real value to their users. By integrating Abi’s real-time clinical support into dacadoo’s health engagement ecosystem, we’re not only enhancing user health and well-being – we’re also helping our partners differentiate their offerings, drive engagement, and reduce healthcare costs at scale. Together, we’re setting a new benchmark for what integrated digital health can achieve.”
The partnership offers flexible deployment models, including white-label, co-branded, and fully integrated solutions, for organizations across industries seeking scalable, data-driven approaches to digital health.
