Denise Pagliarulo, a seasoned finance executive with 20 years of insurance industry experience, has been appointed Senior Vice President and Head of Finance. In this role, she will lead Cowbell’s global finance operations as the company expands its product offerings, services, and international presence.

Additionally, Cowbell has promoted Eric Biderman to General Counsel. With three years of service at Cowbell, Eric will continue to lead the company’s legal and regulatory compliance efforts while playing a key role in scaling operations and driving market expansion.

Pagliarulo brings extensive expertise from her 12-year tenure at AXIS Capital, where she served as Senior Vice President and Head of Finance for North America. Her career also includes leadership roles at American Safety Insurance and Deloitte.

Biderman’s legal background includes over 16 years in private practice, most recently as Counsel in the Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Group at an AmLaw Top 100 firm. During his time at Cowbell, he has been instrumental in expanding the company’s operations to the UK and India, as well as establishing critical risk-bearing partnerships.
