The newly launched platform promises to deliver flood insurance quotes for low-hazard properties in under two minutes, marking a significant advancement in efficiency and accessibility.

Integrated seamlessly with the Chubb Agent Portal and Masterpiece EZ Quote homeowners platform, the new flood quoting platform offers agents a convenient and user-friendly interface. Agents will now have the advantage of collaborating directly with Chubb as a single point of contact, ensuring swift access to flood quotes and a smoother transaction process.

This initiative underscores Chubb’s commitment to leveraging technology to provide tailored solutions and unparalleled service to its clients. The system is set to be rolled out across all US states where Chubb offers flood insurance, offering nationwide coverage and convenience to agents and policyholders alike.

Moreover, Chubb’s dedication to meeting clients’ specific needs is evident in the customizable limits offered by the carrier. Whether it’s protection against flood or mudflow, clients can benefit from coverage with limits reaching as high as $15 million. With coverage starting at just $500 per year, Chubb aims to make flood insurance accessible to a broad range of customers.

Speaking about the news, Louis Hobson, Senior Vice President of Chubb’s North America Flood Insurance Business, said: “We made a significant investment to create an exceptional quoting and issuance process for agents and to ensure we can offer complete flood protection coverage options for clients. Standard home policies often exclude any surface water that enters your home.”

He added: “ The most common cause of flooding damage isn’t linked to an extreme weather event – it can be as simple as rain runoff that accumulates too quickly.”
