The AI Agent is available through Celonis and uses the company’s world leading Process Mining and Process Intelligence capabilities which help businesses identify barriers in their internal processes and remove them.
The AI Agent has been launched alongside three more partner co-developed AI Agents
The Agents build on Celonis’ ‘digital twin’ and Process Intelligence Graph to develop quick to deploy solutions beyond Celonis’ existing use cases.
The new apps, developed in collaboration with Celonis’ ecosystem partners, empower businesses to optimise processes and drive value across various industries.
The newly launched apps include:
- Celonis for Claims Management Control Center (powered by Apolix): This app helps insurance companies reduce claims leakage by optimizing throughput time, prioritization, and process adherence.
- Celonis for Software Development Lifecycle Management (powered by Bloomfilter): This app provides end-to-end visibility into software development processes, helping companies reduce waste, minimize risk, and improve project outcomes.
- Celonis for System Transformation Suite (powered by FITS-P): This suite of solutions helps companies successfully navigate their SAP S/4HANA migrations, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver value.
- Celonis for CBAM App (powered by Ventum): This app helps companies comply with the EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) by automating emissions mapping and optimizing certification processes.
“These next-generation apps showcase what’s possible by pairing Celonis’ Process Intelligence Graph and best practices on app-building with the extensive domain knowledge of our ecosystem partners,” said Malhar Kamdar, Chief Customer Officer and Head of Ecosystem at Celonis.
He added: “With Celonis, partners get a unique process digital twin (system-agnostic process data augmented with deep business context) and an integrated toolset to create solutions that optimise processes. With these apps, companies continuously generate substantial business outcomes at speed and scale.”
