At the center of this innovation is the company’s newly launched “bolttech Gen AI Factory,” built using Amazon Bedrock. The platform enhances bolttech’s omnichannel call center capabilities—already running on Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex—by introducing agentic AI that enables natural, real-time conversations with customers. The Gen AI integration is already demonstrating benefits by automating routine tasks like claims intake and policy inquiries. bolttech’s Gen AI Factory also functions as an enterprise-wide innovation engine, enabling internal teams to develop and deploy their own Gen AI applications across the entire insurance value chain. These applications touch everything from underwriting and customer service to product development and claims processing. Using AWS infrastructure, bolttech is applying AI across three major areas: prediction, prevention, and recovery. This includes dynamic pricing models for insurance based on real-time behaviors, AI-driven alerts to mitigate risk from cyber threats or natural disasters, and virtual assistants that expedite claims and support policyholders after incidents.
