AXA Commercial introduces new operating model
AXA Commercial, part of AXA UK , announced that it has created a team of “120 experts” who will focus on the SME market.
In its 10th edition of the annual AXA Future Risks Report, global insurer AXA reveals a significant shift in perceived future risks, with artificial intelligence (AI) and data-related concerns entering the top 10 for the first time.

The new operating model gives brokers more ways to trade, a wider risk appetite for new sectors and expands the support provided by SME specialists. For SME customers, it provides coverage for larger, more complex policies, smart risk management with tools and services specific to their needs and faster claim payments.

Brokers can place SME policies online using self-service options or by using AXA’s team of underwriters, who can offer these companies customized solutions to support more complex risks as needed.

In addition to trading and underwriting improvements, AXA is also offering support services to brokers and their SME customers. This includes eServe, a claims platform which allows brokers to submit and manage their customers’ claims 24/7, helping to speed up support when SMEs need it most.
