The multiyear agreement grants Nirvana the authority to underwrite cyber risks on behalf of Aviva across the European Economic Area (EEA).
This collaboration will provide clients with market-leading claims adjustment and incident response services, alongside tailored local language policy forms. The initiative will be spearheaded by Andrea García-Beltrán, based in Nirvana’s Barcelona office. García-Beltrán is a seasoned underwriter with extensive experience in the European market.
“We are thrilled to launch our new European cyber product with Aviva at such a pivotal time in the market,” García-Beltrán remarked. “As client awareness of cyber risks continues to grow, we aim to deliver a market-leading product through our valued broking partners, supported by one of the most respected insurers.”
Stephen Ridley, Head of Cyber at Aviva, expressed similar enthusiasm about the partnership: “We are very pleased to collaborate with Nirvana, whose long-term vision aligns with ours. We look forward to developing this partnership over the coming years as part of our broader strategy to work with a select number of specialist partners to diversify our portfolio beyond markets where we have a direct presence.
