At-Bay has announced the recent appointment of Kristie Felton as the insurtech's new Head of Insurance.
At-Bay, the insurance provider for the digital age, announced today the recent appointment of Kristie Felton as Head of Insurance.

A highly accomplished industry veteran with more than two decades of experience in insurance, Felton was previously Head of Partnerships at At-Bay, having joined the company in 2020, before she transitioned to Interim Head of Insurance in March 2023.

Felton’s long-tenured history cultivating specialty insurance growth through traditional and alternative distribution channels is what led leadership to recognize her as the best candidate to fill the Head of Insurance position long-term.

Kristie is a phenomenal leader and has been doing an incredible job leading our underwriting organization. We’re very excited to see our team continue to flourish under her leadership,” said Rotem Iram, CEO and Co-Founder of At-Bay. “I am personally excited for the opportunity to work more closely with Kristie and benefit from her leadership and experience in the executive team.”

As At-Bay’s head of insurance, Felton is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of all At-Bay’s underwriting, partnerships and field operations, including its world-class underwriting team and underwriting technicians. Ensuring At-Bay’s continued market leadership in underwriting profitability and customer service excellence, Felton will continue to grow At-Bay’s position as a leading E&S provider.

“I am honored to join At-Bay’s executive leadership team and take on this position on a permanent basis,” said Felton, At-Bay’s new Head of Insurance. “At-Bay is a company that always delivers exceptional results for its valued partners, people, and customers. I’m excited to have the opportunity to continue to lead the underwriting organization into its next phase of growth.”
