What does my ticket get me?
Every pass includes full two-day access to all four stages, the exhibition floor and Startup Alley, the 1:1 meetings platform (with early access two weeks before the event), the opening reception, the event app, and on-demand session recordings afterward. Higher tiers add lounges, roundtables and curated networking.
Is food included with my ticket?
Yes - all passes include catering across both days: morning coffee, lunch, and afternoon refreshments on the exhibition floor.
Who qualifies for each ticket type?
Insurer - employees of carriers, reinsurers, Lloyd's syndicates and brokers. Investor, VC, growth, corporate and strategic investors. Start-up - insurtechs under 5 years old with less than $10m raised (we may ask for verification). General - consultancies, service and technology providers. Media - accredited journalists and analysts, subject to approval. Delegation - any organisation bringing five or more attendees.
Can I get a group or delegation rate?
Yes. Groups of five or more from the same organisation qualify for delegation pricing, reserved seating and a dedicated account manager. Submit an inquiry on the Delegation card and our team will build a package around your goals.
What's your refund & transfer policy?
Passes are fully transferable to a colleague at any time at no charge. Refunds are available up to 14 days after purchase but not before 14 days before the event; within 14 days we'll happily transfer your pass to the next edition or another team member.
