Prabhu Venkataraman comes to Arch after his tenure at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, where he held the position of Senior Vice President for Enterprise Applications and Architecture.
In his previous capacity, he played a crucial role in guiding the creation and execution of business and strategic technology projects, demonstrating his expertise in managing extensive technology transformations.
In his newly assumed role, Venkataraman is set to lead the charge in implementing cutting-edge technology and services across the segment, with a strong emphasis on strategic alignment, data enablement, and business empowerment.
Reporting directly to Prashant Nema, Executive Vice President and CIO of Arch Capital Services LLC, and Brian First, President of Arch Insurance North America, Venkataraman brings a wealth of experience and a seasoned perspective to the position.His primary focus will be on steering Arch’s business technology transformation strategy to meet the burgeoning market demand for the company’s specialty insurance solutions.
