Swani will be based in Singapore and will report to Tim Dwyer, head of Human Capital for Asia Pacific at Aon. In this role, he will lead Aon’s Talent Solutions capability in the region, working closely with the Talent, Health, and Wealth Solutions teams to deliver integrated human capital solutions to clients.

Swani brings over 25 years of experience in human resources consulting to this role. He joins Aon from Mercer, where he served as senior partner – international region.
