Domenick DiCicco

Domenick was appointed Benefytt Technologies CEO in 2021 after being elevated from his position as Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel. Prior to joining Benefytt, he held several General Counsel and senior positions including at Cunningham Lindsey (later Sedgwick) and AIG. He has served on multiple Boards of Directors including the ARC Association and the NJIT Business School. He holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Delaware Law School, an MBA Degree from Penn State University, and a Master of Public Administration (Economic Development) Degree from the University of Pennsylvania.  He is a Certified Corporate Compliance and Ethics Professional and holds a NACVA designation as a Chartered Merger and Acquisition Professional. Domenick also served as an elected member of the New Jersey State Assembly.
