Nestares, who joined Admiral in 2005 to establish its Spanish business, has been leading the UK Insurance division since 2016. During her tenure, she successfully guided the company through challenges, including the pandemic and the insurance market cycle.
Nestares has decided to step down to spend more time in her native Spain with her family.
Hargreaves, who joined Admiral in 2008, has held several senior positions, including Chief Operating Officer of UK Insurance, before becoming Deputy CEO in 2022. In his current role, he has been responsible for key customer-facing operations and led the company’s product diversification strategy.
