Fulcrum Inc has acquired Megaphone, in a move aimed at strengthening its product and design capabilities as it scales its AI-driven platform for insurance agencies and brokers.

As part of the transaction, Megaphone co-founders Albert Hu and Catherine Chang will join Fulcrum as founding product manager and founding product designer, respectively.
Megaphone built a platform focused on onchain marketing campaigns, reaching more than five million users and supporting brands including Coinbase and Forbes. Its tools enabled token and NFT launches, user data collection, and analysis of onchain identity and engagement, processing tens of millions of campaign actions.
Founded in 2023 and headquartered in San Francisco, Fulcrum provides AI tools that automate manual workflows for insurance agencies and brokers, including proposal creation, policy checking, and coverage comparisons. The platform is designed to reduce processing time from hours to minutes, allowing account managers to focus on client growth and portfolio expansion.
The acquisition comes as Fulcrum continues to scale rapidly, with headcount growing approximately 150% over the past year to around 40 employees. The company has raised $25m to date, including a Series A round completed in January 2026.
By integrating Megaphone’s product and design expertise, Fulcrum is aiming to accelerate platform development and enhance user experience as it expands its footprint in the insurance distribution technology space.
