AXA XL, the property, casualty, and specialty risk division of AXA, has named Leyla Delic as Chief Technology and AI Officer, based in London.
She will report to Scott Gunter, CEO of AXA XL, and Matthieu Caillat, Group Chief Technology & AI Officer and CEO of AXA Group Operations.
Delic brings over 20 years of experience in technology, digital transformation, and AI. She joins AXA XL from Abdul Latif Jameel, where she served as Corporate Chief Digital and Information Officer.
Her previous roles include Global Head of Value Realisation at Aon, Chief Information Officer positions at Givaudan and GE Healthcare, and Group Chief Information & Digital Officer at Coca-Cola İçecek.
