Beazley Acquires kWh Analytics to Expand Renewable Energy Insurance Capabilities
Beazley Group has agreed to acquire kWh Analytics, a US-based renewable energy managing general agent (MGA), which will become part of Beazley’s MAP (Marine, Accident & Political) Risks team. Jason Kaminsky, CEO of kWh Analytics, will report directly to Tim Turner, Group Head of MAP Risks.

Beazley Group has agreed to acquire kWh Analytics, a US-based renewable energy managing general agent (MGA), which will become part of Beazley’s MAP (Marine, Accident & Political) Risks team. Jason Kaminsky, CEO of kWh Analytics, will report directly to Tim Turner, Group Head of MAP Risks.

Founded in 2012, kWh Analytics has raised approximately $25m in funding and provides coverage solutions for battery storage, solar, and wind energy projects.

Jason Kaminsky said: “Joining Beazley represents an exciting new chapter for kWh Analytics.
