BMS Bacchus offers wineries a single-source solution to aid in effective risk mitigation and strategic resource deployment through data-driven insights. Notably, the solution includes a comprehensive wildfire prevention program, crafted in partnership with Green Shield Risk Solutions and FireBreak Risk, which helps wineries assess wildfire exposure and identify potential vulnerabilities in their properties.
Green Shield Risk Solutions utilises aerial imagery and multiple data points to model wildfire behaviour, predicting aspects such as speed, direction, and scale of a potential fire near insured assets. FireBreak Risk complements this with on-the-ground imagery analysis, identifying structural risks and providing actionable feedback on fire prevention strategies via a user-friendly app and on-site evaluations. Both partners offer premium rebates and financial incentives for wineries that follow wildfire prevention best practices.
Beyond wildfire, BMS Bacchus covers a range of risks, including flood, earthquake, leakage, contamination, temperature failure, processing errors, and extra expense. Selling price valuations are also available for finished wine, wine in production, and unique harvested grapes.
