Adams will join Lloyd’s early next year and will be a member of the Executive Committee, reporting to John Neal, CEO of Lloyd’s.
With over 20 years of experience in HR and transformation, Adams brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Lloyd’s. Prior to joining Lloyd’s, he held senior roles at Aviva, including Chief People Officer at Aviva Investors, and previously at Barclays and Arcadia Group.
Adams will succeed Sara Gomez, who will be retiring from Lloyd’s at the end of the year. Gomez joined Lloyd’s in 2021 and served as Interim Chief HR Officer and a member of the Executive Committee before assuming the role of Chief People Officer in 2022.
Lloyd’s CEO John Neal expressed his gratitude to Sara Gomez for her significant contributions to the organization and welcomed Nathan Adams to the team.
