FCCI Insurance Group Modernises Operations with Duck Creek Policy
FCCI Insurance Group (FCCI) has successfully implemented Duck Creek Technologies' Policy platform with Active Delivery to modernise its core operations and support its expansion into the Excess & Surplus (E&S) market.

The move marks a significant step forward for FCCI, enabling it to streamline processes, automate manual tasks, and enhance scalability to handle increased business volumes more efficiently.

FCCI’s adoption of Duck Creek Policy with Active Delivery allows the insurer to boost operational efficiency and reduce expense ratios while improving speed to market for new insurance products. The implementation project was led by Duck Creek’s delivery partner, Cognizant, ensuring a swift transition and rapid realisation of operational benefits.

“Our expansion into the E&S market reflects our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of businesses across various industries,” said Dave Patel, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at FCCI. “Deploying Duck Creek Policy with Active Delivery empowers us to provide exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions for businesses requiring specialised coverage.”

Duck Creek Policy with Active Delivery eliminates the need for ongoing upgrades, offering insurers like FCCI the ability to deliver insurance products at scale without the burden of maintenance costs. The platform’s flexibility allows FCCI to adapt to market changes and deliver superior service to agents and policyholders, addressing the growing demand for robust insurance solutions in the E&S market.

FCCI’s deployment of Duck Creek Policy is expected to drive operational improvements and enhance its ability to serve businesses requiring specialised E&S coverage.

“In today’s rapidly evolving insurance landscape, we help insurers streamline their processes to launch new services that directly benefit policyholders,” said Chris McCloskey, Chief Operating Officer at Duck Creek Technologies. “With Policy with Active Delivery, FCCI will no longer need to worry about upgrades, transforming the way they operate and deliver value.”
