Mr. Eddie Ahmed has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MassMutual International LLC since February 1, 2017. Mr. Ahmed served as Executive Vice President of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company since February 9, 2017 until March 2, 2017.<\/p>

Mr. Ahmed served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company from October 2015 to February 1, 2017. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the global financial services industry.<\/p>

He joined Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) from Citigroup, where he spent five years, as Managing Director of Human Resources for Europe, Middle East and Asia, as well as its Global Head of Recruitment. While at Citigroup, he led its Global Employee Shared Services department in its Operations and Technology Division, a role in which he was responsible for all technology systems and operations around the world.<\/p>

Prior to joining Citigroup, Mr. Ahmed spent 17 years with Morgan Stanley, working in New York, Tokyo, Sydney and Hong Kong. His final position with Morgan Stanley was as Head of Human Resources for Asia. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Administrative Officer, Asia, with responsibility for the execution of cross divisional strategy and direct management of regional infrastructure and support functions.<\/p>

Mr. Ahmed began his career in 1989 as an associate with Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group in New York. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Temasek Management Services in Singapore and is a former member of both the Board of Directors of Citibank Turkey and the Supervisory Board of Poland’s Bank Handlowy.<\/p>

Mr. Ahmed holds bachelor’s degrees in both computer science and international relations from Tulane University, where he also earned his MBA.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
