1. Introduction<\/span><\/p>\n

1.1  Insurtech Insights Limited (hereinafter \u201cITI\u201d) is a company registered in England and Wales at 21 Buckingham Gate, London, United Kingdom, SW1E 6LS, with registered company number 11222524.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2 The following terms and conditions apply to anyone attending or intending to attend any ITI event, from the date of publishing until these terms are superseded by a new version. ITI may update these terms at any time for legal or regulatory reasons, or to reflect changes in ITI services or business practices.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Booking and reservation<\/span><\/p>\n

2.1 To reserve a place at the event as a delegate you should either complete the online booking form and complete the online payment process or if you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you should write an email to tickets@insurtechinsights.com<\/a> with the following information: (1) number of tickets, (2) type of tickets, (3) Attendee\u00b4s name, (4) Company, (5) Industry, (6) Email.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.2 All bookings will receive a confirmation email after payment has been confirmed. ITI reserves the rights to cancel your booking in the event of incorrect or incomplete payment, utilization of an invalid discount code, or any other irregularities. If there is no longer availability at the event, ITI will send you an email informing you of such and refund the payment immediately.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Ticket prices<\/span><\/p>\n

3.1 ITI reserves the possibility to change prices for the conference at any given time but changes will not affect tickets already purchased. If the price of a delegate ticket increases or decreases before ITI issues a confirmation email ITI will notify and ask you to either confirm whether you would like to proceed or refuse the new revised price.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.2 Payments must be made by either credit card, debit card or bank transfer.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.3 If the payment has not been received by ITI on the day of the event ITI reserves the right to refuse admission to the event.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.4  ITI may offer different discounts on its tickets, however, It is not possible to combine different discounts in a single purchase. In addition, ITI reserves the right to change or withdraw any discount at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.5 If your booking is rejected, you will receive a booking rejection email and ITI will to the extent that you have made payment refund your payment within a reasonable time from the date of the booking.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.6 If you are paying by bank transfer you must send a proof of transfer to tickets@insurtechinsights.com<\/a> to complete your booking. The proof of transfer should include the following information: (1) number of tickets, (2) type of tickets, (3) Attendee\u00b4s name, (4) Company, (5) Industry, (6) Email.  Any bank charges resulting from the payment via bank transfer are due to be paid by you. Your booking will not be considered confirmed before bank charges paid.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.7 All prices are subject to local taxes as appropriate.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Refund and cancellation<\/span><\/p>\n

4.1 You have the possibility to cancel your purchase and request a full refund up to 7 days after the date of the purchase. However, no refund of tickets will be made within the 30 days prior to the conference date.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.2 Other than the situation explained in 4.1, no refunds will be made. If for any reason, you are unable to attend the event we will allow you to provide for a substitute delegate to take your place. In that case, please send an email to tickets@insurtechinsights.com<\/a> and provide the following info: (1) number of tickets, (2) type of tickets, (3) Attendee\u00b4s name, (4) Company, (5) Industry, (6) Email. No substitutions are allowed within the last 7 days prior to the event.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.3 All refund, cancellation, ticket queries shall be sent via email to tickets@insurtechinsights.com<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.4 All cancellation refunds will be processed within 4 weeks of the completion of the event.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Changes to the event<\/span><\/p>\n

5.1 For reasons beyond ITI\u2019s control, it may be required that we alter the event\u2019s advertised format, content, location and\/or timing. ITI reserves the right to this at any time. In cases where ITI changes the date or location of the event, ITI will inform all confirmed delegates and provide the option to be given a credit (of the same value as paid) for a future event.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.2 ITI is not liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs or expenses incurred by the delegates if ITI as host is required to relocate, cancel, postpone or alter in any other way the event.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Content<\/span><\/p>\n

6.1 Any content as presentations, documentation, and materials is at all times owned by ITI or is included with the permission of the permission of the owner of the rights. No filming, recording, photographing or republication, broadcast or other dissemination of the content is permitted furthermore you shall not at any time reproduce, modify, distribute, store, transfer or in any other way use any of the Content and in particular you shall not upload any content into any shared system, include any Content in a database, including any content in a website, transmit, re-circulate or otherwise make available any content to anyone else,<\/span><\/p>\n

6.2 To the extent that any Content is made available by us online we reserve the right to suspend or remove access to such Content at any time<\/span><\/p>\n

6.3 You do at all times acknowledge that ITI will be entitled to record, film or photograph, the Event and agree to waive any rights arising under the laws of any jurisdiction. You grant to us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to make such use of your name, voice, biography and likeness in any media and any recording, filming or photography of the Event as reasonably required in connection with the exploitation, advertising, and promotion of the Event and ITI<\/span><\/p>\n

7. No reselling<\/span><\/p>\n

7.1 All tickets purchased is for own personal use or that of your business only. No tickets of any category can be resold under any circumstance. Reselling or transferring any giving ticket without permission or accordance with the terms, will void the ticket and the ticket holder will not have the right to enter into the conference.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.2 ITI reserve the rights to void any ticket held by any person whom ITI reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket reselling or a ticket broker.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Privacy policy<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Other<\/span><\/p>\n

9.1 ITI is not responsible for any loss or damage to any person or any personal property directly or indirectly resulting from any of ITI\u2019s events or activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.2 These Terms and Conditions and the rights and obligations of both parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wales and England and both parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in respect of any dispute which arises hereunder.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
