insurance industry. Having been at EIS since April 2013, Tony was instrumental in leading the company\u2019s expansion into Group and Worksite insurance markets.\u00a0<\/p><p>Prior to joining EIS, he was with The Hartford for 10 years, serving in Strategic Initiatives. Tony helped to create an Open Innovation program which led to rapid prototyping and launching of new products and created and launched several businesses at The Hartford.
