Tim Barnett is the CEO of Credas Technologies, a Proptech business based in Wales who provide technology solutions to the compliance challenges faced by the property buying and selling sector. 

The Credas mobile app is listed in the Top 20 business apps in the UK and is used by millions of people each year. Prior to leading Credas, Tim sat on the Board of the Educ8 Training Group, a leading provider of government funded training programs with 180+ staff operating in England and Wales. As well as founding a number of start-up businesses in the technology and events sectors, Tim has also worked in a senior role at a FTSE listed organisation.
