Stéphane Guinet is the CEO and Founder of Kamet Ventures. An expert in the insurance industry, his career has spanned the world of entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, venture capital, and angel investing.

Prior to launching Kamet, Stéphane was the CEO of AXA Global Direct, bringing together all the AXA group’s direct insurance subsidiaries around the world. During this time, he was also a member of AXA Group’s Executive Committee and Group Chair of AXA’s Data Innovation Lab.  

As a seasoned entrepreneur and passionate angel investor, Stéphane co-founded and led two leading Insurtech ventures: Assurland.com (now owned by Covea Group) and Prima Solutions (now owned by The Carlyle Group). Over the last decade, he has made more than 15 angel investments in companies including Webedia, DreamQuark, and Sensome.

He is a graduate of École Polytechnique.
