Mr Guy Mills is currently Chairman of the Board of Manulife (International) Limited.

 Mr Mills is the past Chairman of the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers Life Insurance Council (LIC) and a member of the HKFI Governing Committee.

Mr Mills was formerly CEO of Manulife’s businesses in Hong Kong and Macau. Prior to that he was President and CEO of Manulife-Sinochem Life Insurance Company Limited, Manulife’s life insurance joint venture in China. His more than 25 years of career with Manulife also included other operations and IT leadership positions, most notably Chief Operating Officer for Manulife Asia and the first CEO of Manulife Business Processing Services, the company’s global resourcing capabilities facility. 

Mr Mills holds an MBA degree from both University of Washington in St. Louis, the US, and Fudan University in Shanghai, China.
