Steve is responsible for digital strategies, and transformation around the customer experience. Steve is also responsible for developing digital products, along with data and analytics for Gallagher. These strategies establish powerful data insights to the insurer markets and brokered clients to effectively use capital and lower their Total Cost of Risk.

He is also responsible for client and carrier facing analytics programs to enhance the markets and clients performance as it relates to their insurance programs. He drives customer and insurance carrier analytics, engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth via digital interactions with all of Gallagher’s’ global capabilities. He also drives speed and delivery of data across the insurance value chain from distribution to claim payment via analytics.

Steve leads transformation teams that have resulted in supporting organic growth, retention improvement, and customer satisfaction through the transformation strategies. He has deep roots in Fin Tech, InsureTech, Healthcare and Entrepreneurship. And, profound experience in driving organic growth, go-to-market strategies, software sales, product management, delivery, along with data, and analytics.
