Robert Easton

Robert H. Easton is the Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Marsh LLC, a global professional services of 43,000 employees that specializes in risk and strategy solutions.  Rob partners business leaders worldwide to advance growth objectives and initiatives while managing and mitigating risk to the company.  

Prior to arriving at Marsh, Rob held a similar role at McGraw Hill Financial (now, S&P Global), and headed the Insurance Division at the New York Department of Financial Services, where he regulated more than 1,700 property and casualty, life, and health insurance companies. Rob is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, and earned his law degree from New York University.  He lives in New York with his wife and three children.
