Reagan Pufall

Reagan Pufall is the CEO and co-founder of Omaha National, a tech-enabled workers’ compensation insurance provider. Omaha National serves the companies that build America and keep it running; small to mid-size employers at which employees work with their hands and therefore have a greater risk of injury. Since commencing marketing in 2017 the company has grown to about 200 employees and more than $135 million of in-force premium. Reagan has thirty years insurance industry experience successfully building and turning around workers compensation operations, including 14 years at Berkshire Hathaway. 

Omaha National’s unique strengths include exceptional claims management, a superior sales and underwriting model, and the in-house development of proprietary software. Reagan participates directly in the design of the company’s enterprise software application – Oncore – which will encompass all strategically significant work performed within the organization. He is a graduate of Haverford College and the University of North Dakota School of Law.
