Neeren Chauhan

Neeren Chauhan is the Head of Strategy, Innovation, and Business Development at Zurich North America. His team is responsible for shaping ZNA’s business strategy, influenced by operational priorities, objectives, competitive landscape, and evolving customer demands. Chauhan leads the team to be innovative partners and thought leaders to drive impact across ZNA.

Chauhan has over two decades of global leadership experience across Asia, Europe, and North America. He began his career in 1998 in the automotive industry, where he supervised vehicle engine assembly line for passenger cars. He joined KPMG in 2002 and served as a leader in Operations and Technology Risk practice. In 2008, he joined McKinsey & Company where he held various positions within the Financial Services practice based out of the Chicago office. He joined Allstate in 2013 and held various senior leadership positions spearheading a variety of digital, strategy, business building, innovation, and change management initiatives

Chauhan is a Corporate Advisory Board member at Cradles to Crayons, a national nonprofit, with the mission to engage with local communities to provide children with the everyday essentials they need to thrive in their lives. 

Educational background

Chauhan holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a trained Mechanical Engineer with a graduate diploma in Industrial Management from National Institute of Industrial Engineering, India.
